Live Differently! <\/em>is a book written by the professoral colleagues Indrani Alina Wilms (at the time Professor of Applied Psychology) and Sven Sohr (Professor or Life Coaching & Positive Psychology). It was published by Junfermann a reknown German publishing house for psychology books and was awarded book of the month October 2023. The two experienced coaches lead their readers through the most important life themes, viewed from the perspectives of life coaching, mindfulness and positive psychology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each chapter ends with specific, applied examples which stem from the authors' coaching experiences and culminate in practice-oriented self-awarness exercises which assist their readers in progressing further chapter by chapter. Readers can decide individually, which life routines, cognitive and behavioural patterns they wish to maintain and in which areas they prospectively want to effect change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
